Most Famous Chocolate Recipies

Now i know that you will agree with me that one of the most famous Chocolate Recipies is:

BROWNIES!

Brownies are a real treat for kids, adults, teens and even older people who have lost their teeth (we are NOT talking about the brownies without the nuts here. Yes i know what you are thinking, there are even brownies with nuts??? YUM) I chose my favorite brownie recipe (yes there are more!!) which is tall like a cake-brownie, but is dense like a fudge-brownie. I’m sure it will be one of your favorite brownie Chocolate Recipies too.

Well here are the ingredients:

  • 250 grams (about 8 ounce) of chocolate
  • 1 cup of butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla (powder)
  • 1-1/2 cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

If you want to you can add nuts. Walnuts are usually the nuts one uses but it’s your choice ;)

Here is the preparation guide:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius (375 degrees fahrenheit). Grease the pan you want to use with butter or oil. Melt the chocolate and butter(i usually use my microwave but you can do it on a stove as well) on a low heat (this might take a bit) and lay it aside. In a mixer ( if you have one) beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla at high speed for ten minutes. After put in the melted chocolate, flour and salt. Mix this all again ( by hand would be useful). Then if you want to, add the nuts. Put this all into the prepared pan and put it in the oven for 35-40 minutes. DON’T OVER BAKE! If you see that it goes dark, dark brown before the 35-40 minutes take it out and see if it isn’t wet (by using a toothpick, poke it in and check if it is wet).

Then eat and enjoy!

Chocolate Recipies

Chocolate Recipies are not very easy to find and making them can be even harder.

I have tried all sorts of things. Eating chocolate just like that (mmmmh! delicious!) or melting it and putting it in a bowl and then take a spoon and lick it all away! Or making chocolate cakes or pudding. You name it.

So i thought, i don’t think i am the only one with a passion for chocolate. I said to myself, ” I bet there are hundreds maybe thousands of people out there wanting to taste chocolate in different ways, just like me!”

So i got you some wonderful Chocolate Recipies for you to tryout and enjoy!

Long live Chocolate :D !
